This antique Malay house is nestled on the main island of Langkawi on Malaysia’s north coast. With its lush tropical setting and vast grounds, this charming villa is the perfect venue for couples’ retreat, family getaways and holidays with friends.
This traditional Malay house was built by Malaysian settlers almost a hundred years ago. It has since been dismantled, assembled and restored in Langkawi, preserving its original structure while strengthening it.
A 33-metre lap pool, a small temple, a restaurant that offers sumptuous meals, a tranquil library, a cozy bar, a comfy living/dining area, two inviting bedrooms, one fitted with a king-size bed and the other with twin beds, and two bathrooms with a wooden tub complete this villa.
However historical and traditional the villa is, it is also furnished with the most modern of amenities, which include a flatscreen TV, CD/DVD player, a DVD library and WiFi Internet access. Daily continental breakfast and complimentary evening cocktails & snacks are also provided.
Being just 5 minutes away from Pantai Cenang beach and 10 minutes from the airport, guests can enjoy a variety of activities. Or they can also choose to stay at the compound and lounge by the pool while sipping cold drinks.
